Ordering

When placing an order, you must provide all required information, including your complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid email address, and a valid payment method. Attila Peter Fine Art cannot be held responsible for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, with the customer's sole remedy being a refund of any payment(s) made for such order.

Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified except for the delivery address, which can be changed if the order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact attilapeter.com customer service via email at info@attilapeter.com

Payment

Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or any other means we may choose to accept in the future. Failure to submit pre-payment may result in order cancellation, with the customer being responsible for any collection costs and interest charges.

Color Matching

Please be aware that colors as seen on a computer monitor may not accurately match the colors as they appear on our manufactured product. We do not guarantee an exact match between online images and the final product colors.

Personal Data

All information submitted with an order is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Sales Tax

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable state, local, or federal taxes. Attila Peter Fine Art will include taxes in the order when required to collect them. If taxes are not included but later required, the customer will be responsible for prompt reimbursement.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option. Please allow 8-10 weeks for Limited Edition purchases or 1-3 days for retail products to be shipped, plus shipping time based on the selected option. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a picture of the damage, shipping receipt, and photographic proof for review.

Shipping Problems/ Damage

Notification of shipping defects or damage must be made within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by the shipping receipt and photographic proof of damage.

Cancellations

All works are custom orders and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production begins. Any request to modify a produced image may incur a 50% restocking fee. Returns are subject to specific policies outlined for each product type.

Acceptance of Artwork

Upon receipt, inspect the Artwork immediately. Notify us of any damage or non-conformance within seven days. Reproduction or copying of the Artwork is not permitted without advance written permission.

General

All orders are subject to our Terms of Use policy. Descriptions, prices, and availability of products may change without notice. Attila Peter Fine Art is not liable for delays beyond our control or for mishandling of products by customers. Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for the product.
